Local service is available to business customers in Victoria and Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. The footprint for local service includes most of the downtown areas in both cities with some coverage outside the downtown core. We have a much larger footprint for PRI coverage that can extend to the outlying communities.

We offer very competitive rates for basic single lines, basic enhanced single lines and PBX/Key System Hunt Lines. We can take over your existing phone number at no charge and facilitate the installation of new lines. Intelligent Lines also come with a full range of features. Local lines through Bell also include basic listing in the White and Yellow pages.
Digital Access PRI
For business customers looking for end to end digital connectivity, digital access PRIs are ideal for PBXs with more than 10 trunks to the Public Switched Telephone Network. Included are Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers, enabling staff to have their own assigned incoming number.
